Heavenly Minded = Earthly Good

It is often said, “some people are too heavenly minded to be any earthly good.” – but this is based on a false premise.

Being heavenly minded (where heavenly refers to having the mind of Christ) is the only way to be truly any earthly good. In fact, Jesus Himself said “Your will be done as it is in Heaven” should be part of the foundation of our prayers (Matthew 6:10).
Believers, if you want to change the world, then you need to change your mind. Remember:

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
